Valmont Construction provided a full package service for this construction project. Our services started with the analysis of the development and its feasibility, to the development of plans, leading to the construction which is to be started in late 2023. The client, Chromehill Developments is well known in the lachine market with many further development projects to come. 470 Victoria will be composed of 14 luxury rental units with one level of underground parking and an elevator servicing all floors.
